1.I am traveling by myself; can the travel agency find someone to share the hotel room with me to lower the cost?
For customer security purposes, the travel agency cannot find another person to share the room with them. Customers can however make a post on our website forum to look for people interested in sharing a room.

Yes, the price is the same and our website provides 24 hour service.

3.I find a special price for a trip that I am interested in on your website today. If I reserve another day, may I get the same price?
Special prices are only offered for a limited time and to a limited number of customers, when the limit is reached then the price will change. We recommend you reserve as soon as you see the special price.

4.After booking my trip an emergency came up, can I cancel or change the date of my trip?
We have certain terms and conditions for canceling or changing the trip, please check our Terms and Conditions on our website or directly on your receipt. We suggest you purchase travel insurance or check with your credit card company to see if you already benefit from it.

5.I do not want to sit at the back of the bus; may I get a seat at the front?
The seats on the bus are generally assigned according to the order of the clients’ reservation. If you have a special requirement, it is possible to reserve a seat in the first three rows by paying an additional fee. Please contact our office for more information.

6.The departure time is too early; can I arrive a few minutes late?
Please remember that reservations are for an organization group trip, with large groups and certain attractions arranged and reserved in advance. To guarantee that all customers benefit from the attractions, we cannot wait for latecomers.

On the first day of the trip, your tour leader will collect the money in cash for all associated attractions and activities.

As we are a travel agency, customers must also choose attractions for their trip. If you are in need of transportation only, please reserve directly with a transportation company. If you only want hotel accommodations, please contact our office.

9.We are a group of 5; can we stay in the same hotel room?
There are only two beds in North American hotel rooms, with a maximum of 4 people per room. If you are a group of 5 people, you must book 2 rooms.

We can provide the hotel name and address one day before your trip.
