The tourist attractions of France, especially Paris, is explained by the large number and wide variety of points of interest, the rich historical, cultural and artistic heritage, the temperate climate and the ease of access and transport infrastructure, etc.
1, Depart in the morning from boulevard Champs-Élysées to Belgium. Arrive at the "Venice of the North" - Bruges. Known as the pearl of Flanders, we can walk on the medieval style streets and express our love and pure feelings in front of the tower just like in a fairy tale.
2, After lunch, continue to Brussels, panoramic guided tour of the city with the famous Grand Place, King's house and City Hall, Atomium, statue "Little Julian". A good chance to buy the famous Belgian chocolate.

1, Depart in the morning to Cologne and visit the Cologne Cathedral, one of the four largest cathedrals in the world.
2, Continue to Bonn, birthplace of the great composer Ludwig Van Beethoven, Capital of the Federal Republic of Germany between 1949 and 1990. Panoramic guided tour to the former offices of the Federal Government, University of Bonn, Beethoven Square, etc.
3, After lunch, continue to Trier, the oldest city in Germany, the birthplace of Karl Marx, founder of communism. Accommodation: hotel in the Trier region.
1, Visit the Porta Nigra, and then walk up to the house of Karl Marx. Continue to Luxembourg, panoramic view of the Constitution Square, Adolphe Bridge, Grand Canyon and Palace of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
2, After lunch, drive back to Paris. Arrive in Paris in late afternoon.

Vichy has been tied to the Bonaparte family since 1799, when mother of Napoleon I came to the spa town for a treatment. It was under this empire that the Parc des Sources was created, where you can taste several different sources for different treatments. Ex. LUCAS is good for the skin allergy that is why it is used for spa and VICHY cosmetics. CELESTIN is used for mineral water. LA CHAMEL, HOPITAL and LA GRAND GRILL are widely applied for medical treatment and skin care. It was Napoleon III, who has transformed the city. He came to Vichy 5 times a year for treatment and ordered the construction of a new park, roads, acorridor along the Allier River, a church and a city hall. Napoleon III also brought the railway to Vichy and inaugurated the Opera-Casino in 1865. These improvements in infrastructure helped him in his goal of making Vichy a world class spa destination, the Queen of Spa Town.

After the breakfast, leave for Orange, best known and most visited for its Roman monuments, the Ancient Theatre and the Triumphal Arch. Both have been very well conserved over the centuries.
After Orange, leave for Avignon, the capital of Christendom in the Middle Ages. The palace of popes (Le Palais des Papes), and the Pont Saint-Bénezet (Saint-Bénezet bridge) are listed by UNESCO as World Heritage sites.
In the afternoon, visit of the Gard Bridge (Pont du Gard), a Roman monument built halfway through the 1st century AD. It is a three-leval aqueduct which allows water to flow across the Gardon River to supply the city of Nîmes, formerly known as Nemausus.

In the afternoon, instead of Pont du Gard, we will head to Gordes, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. After enjoy the view and the sunshine in the countryside, head to Sénanque Abbey, a lovely medieval Cistercian abbey that is one of the best places to see Provence's famed lavender field.

After breakfast, visit of Arles, most famous for two things, its Roman ruins such as the Arena and the Theater, built in the 1st centuryand its association with Van Gogh who lived here in 1888 and created a lot of important paintings. The streets of this city full of art ambiance are truly medieval in character: narrow and winding between ancient buildings.
Continue to Nice, one of most popular beach for holiday in Europe. Free time stroll in the Angel Bay and the English Promenade and the then the old town of Nice (Vieux Nice).
The principality of Monaco is a tiny city-state on the Mediterranean Sea. Hollywood movie actress GRACE KELLY is the later princess of the country. The casino of Mont Carlo attracts thousands of people to gamble here. The Palais Princier (Prince's Palace), the Monaco Cathedral, the Oceanographic Museum and Aquarium and the Jardin Exotique (Exotic Gardens) are world-renowned attraction.

After breakfast, we will go through the mountainous road along the seaside directly to Grasse, a typical provencal small town where we will visit the famous perfume museum, Fragonard.
Continue to visit Cannes, a host city of the annual Cannes Film Festival that attracts all the fans of movies all over the world. You will find lots of hand -prints of your favorite movie stars on the Star Avenue.

After breakfast, we will visit Annecy, one of the most beautiful towns in the Alps, and
an attractive setting with woods, mountains and the Lake d'Annecy. The River Thiou , running through Annecy makes it the 'Venice of the Alps'.
It is also home to a number of important monuments such as the Palais de l'Ile , built in the 12th century. It was a court house and an old prison. The Château d ‘Annecy (Annecy Castle) was the home of the Counts of Geneva. Pont des amours (bridge of lovers), if two lovers kiss on the middle of the bridge, they will neverever separate.
Arrive in Paris at about 20:00.
After breakfast, transfer to the airport of Paris and return to your sweet home in Toronto. End of trip.

1. Minimum of 20 participants required for tour departure and Sinorama Bus Tour reserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum requirement is not met. Full payment will be refunded if cancellation is made by Sinorama Bus Tour.
2. Description and tour limitations base on the brochure/itinerary of Sinorama Bus Tour has been read and understood prior to booking the trip.
3. Tour Fees Includes: Tour guide, Transportation by Coach, Hotel (if applicable), Breakfast in hotel (if applicable), Taxes.
4. Tour Fees Excludes: Tips for the bus driver and guide, Entrance fees for visits, meals, insurance and personal spending, Flight Tickets (if applicable).
5. Admission tickets bought through sellers other than Sinorama Bus Tour (e.g. City Pass) are not applicable to Sinorama Bus Tour.
6. For tours in which will require additional purchases of air ticket, transportation, hotel or any additional reservation needs to meet the confirmed tour; it is the responsibility of the participant to contact Sinorama Bus Tour to ensure the guarantee of the tour departure status prior to issuing any additional reservation needs to meet confirmed tour.
7. For infants traveling with Sinorama Bus Tour (under age of 2):
a. Within Canada traveling: Infant will not occupy a seat on the bus and must be handheld throughout the duration of the tour will not need to pay for the tour fee but the tips for the bus driver and the tour guide and the attraction fees will still be charged.
b. Outside Canada traveling: Infant will also has to occupy a seat on the bus and the full tour fee, tips, and attraction fees will also be charged accordingly.
8. For participants who travel with children, other documents may also be necessary. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that they have the documents in hand prior to departure. Participant failing to provide the required documents may be denied boarding privileges by the relevant authorities. Under such circumstances, participants have no right of recourse or refund.
9. No refund or replacement will be given for lost or stolen travel documents.
Deposit & Balance Payment
1. Full payments required at booking for tours that is 6 Days or less.
2. The deposit is $200 per person for trips 7 days or more (walk in clients only). The deposit is non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable under any circumstance.
3. All Balances must be paid 30 days or more prior to departure date for trips 7 days or more without air ticket; 60 days or more prior to departure date for trips with air ticket included. If the balance is not completed before deadline, Sinorama Bus Tour Bus tour reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the full amount of the initial deposit.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY
Once the order is confirmed, any changes regarding a confirmed order, such as modification of dates or destinations, or cancellation, will be charged accordingly by the modification and cancellation policy. Any changes of the personal information cannot be accepted within 24 hours of departure. Any cancellation of confirmed orders by the participant will be charged accordingly by the modification and cancellation policy. The assessed fees will be used to cover the penalties charged by traveling agencies and hotel suppliers to Sinorama Bus Tour. The amount of the penalties is related to the time when we receive the cancellation notice. All cancellation notices or modification of orders must be made in writing via email or webpage email to Sinorama Bus Tour Bus tour directly.
VOLUNTARY CANCELLATION PENALTY
1, Trips from one day to 7 days:
a. 31 days prior to departure date: 5% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded；
b. From 15 to 30 days prior to departure date: 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded；
c. From 8 to 14 days prior to departure date: 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded；
d. 7 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary or receive reimbursement；
e. Should the participant fail to show up on time on the departure date regardless of any reasons, the entire travel package is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable.
2, Trips for 8 days or more (package without air ticket):
a) 46 days prior to departure date: 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded.
b) From 31 to 45 days prior to departure date: 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded.
c) 30 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary or receive reimbursement.
d) Should the participant fail to show up on time on the departure date regardless of any reasons, the entire travel package is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable.
3, Trips for 8 days or more (package with air ticket included):
a) 61 days prior to departure date: 10% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded.
b) From 46 to 60 days prior to departure date: 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded.
c) 45 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary or receive reimbursement.
d) Should the participant fail to show up on time on the departure date regardless of any reasons, the entire travel package is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable.

a. Written request is necessary to send to Sinorama Bus Tour.
b. The difference must be paid at the time of modification;
c. 31 days prior to departure date: no administrative fees；

e. From 8 to 14 days b prior to departure date 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.
f. 7 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary or receive reimbursement;
g. Trips for 8 days or more: Written request is necessary at least 45 days prior to departure date. 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.
2. Changing number of participant(s) requested by customers (ALL REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
a. Increasing numbers of participant(s): complete the difference of tour fees.
b. Decreasing numbers of participant(s):
- 15 or more prior to departure date 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees;
- 8 to 14 days prior 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.
c. 7 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary and the departure date, or receive reimbursement;
d. Trips for 8 days or more: Written request is necessary at least 45 days prior to departure date. 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.
3. Any modification is not acceptable 60 days or less before departure for package with air ticket.
4. The total amount will be refunded if changes of itinerary or departure date are made by Sinorama on condition that modification is refused by the clients.

4. Foreign Transaction Fee
Foreign transaction fees are charge by most credit card companies on purchase made in a foreign currency, or on purchase that involve a foreign bank (regardless of whether a foreign currency is used). Usually, foreign transaction fees are percentage of the amount of each foreign currency purchase, with no minimum or maximum. Sometimes this fee is called a foreign exchange fee. It once was called a currency conversion fee. Foreign transaction fees are charge by U.S. transaction processors such as Visa and Master card. The card issuing back may choose to pass that fee along to consumers; most do, and some tack on their own fees. Sinorama Bus Tour Bus tour takes no responsibility for foreign transaction fee and/or currency conversion fee. HOTEL
1, Each room contains one or two double beds in all hotels in North America. Each room contains one or two single beds in all hotels in Europe.
2, Each room allows only 4 people in maximum in North America (children included); 2 people in maximum in Europe. It is not allowed to add an extra bed. An additional amount must be paid according to the hotel policy if travelers insist adding an extra bed.
SEATS ON BUS
The seats on bus are generally arranged according to the order of the clients’ reservation. If the client has special requirement, he or she can pay fees in order to choose the seats on bus in advance (applicable only for bus tours in North American, payment should be settled 3 days before departure. Please contact us for more information). The prices for the first three rows are:
1 day’ tour: $10 per person;
2 days’ tour, $20 per person;
3-4 days’ tour, $30 per person;
5-9 days’ tour: $50 per person;
10 days’ tour or above: $70 per person.
ERRORS OR OMISSIONS
A Sinorama uses reasonable efforts to ensure that the Content on our Web Site is complete and current. However, Sinorama does not guarantee that the Content on our Web Site will not contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to price or to product or service description or availability. Sinorama reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission or to change or update the Content without prior notice to the client. Further, Sinorama reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders or reservations containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order or reservation has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If the client’s credit card has been charged for the purchase and the order or reservation is cancelled due to an error, inaccuracy or omission, Sinorama shall promptly issue a credit to the client’s credit card for the amount of such charge.
IN CASE OF DELAY OR ABSENCE ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE
1, If the traveler arrives late or is absent on the day of departure for any reason, the entire travel package is not refundable, nor changeable, nor transferable.
2, If the traveler fails to comply with the indication of the guide to gather at the meeting point in time during the trip, the traveler himself will be responsible for any additional costs and incurred damage.
3, Sinorama Bus Tour disclaims any responsibility for the consequences caused by participant if they withdraw the group during the trip.
4, If participant does not show up at the agreed place and time of meet up during the trip, the participant will be responsible for any additional costs and the missed itinerary cannot be recourse or refunded.
5.All seats on the bus are arranged by the tour guide of Sinorama Bus Tour Bus tours, if a participant does not show up, Sinorama Bus Tour and the tour guide have the right to reuse the seats.
FORCE MAJEURE EVENT
According to the laws and the principles adopted in Canada and America, the force majeure may include but not limited to what happened during the journey: the unpredictable, irresistible, uncontrollable, and unable to cope with the unexpected events and circumstances occurring or will occur as follows:
a) Natural disasters such as typhoons, hail, storms, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, volcanic eruptions, landslides;
b) Government actions such as expropriation, requisition;
c) Abnormal social events, such as wars, armed conflicts, strikes, riots and terrorist attacks.
1, Sinorama Bus Tour does not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss resulting from force majeure or a trip without insurance. WE SINCERELY SUGGEST OUR PARTICIPANTS TO PURCHASE PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE TO RECEIVE THE NECESSARY PROTECTION.
2, Sinorama Bus Tour reserves all rights, while respecting the program, to cancel or change the order of visits without notice depending on the customs formalities, weather and traffic, time changing or the closing day of tour sites, etc. The tickets prices and meals can be changed according to the season without notice.
3, It is the full responsibility and expense of the consumers to obtain all documents required by all relevant government authorities. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure the possession of any travel documents required by North America, Europe and any other third countries of destination as well as the return to the country of origin. Sinorama Bus Tour accepts no responsibility for any losses caused by the refusal of visa or travel documents for countries of destination or connection (as a result of criminal records or other issues), or any customs problems.
4. For international tours, valid passport (valid for 6 month after the return date) and valid visas are required. Sinorama Bus Tour Bus tour accepts no liability for customs delay. Sinorama Bus Tour does not endorse any considerable delays at customs because of personal mistakes made by travelers themselves. Therefore the traveler will be obliged to leave the group from the border and be held responsible for their own return fee.
