Day 1 Paris – Marrakech

Arrival at the new Marrakech MENARA airport which has just been classified as the most beautiful airport in the world by SKYTEAM. Transfer around 16h to the hotel 4 *. Free visit and free return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 Marrakech - Aït Benhaddou - Ouarzazate - Dadès

After breakfast, Departure at 7h30 for the Dades Gorge crossing the majestic High Atlas and TiziN'Tichka, the highest pass of Morocco. After the guided visit of the famous Kasbah Aït-Benhaddou, classified by UNESCO, continuation to Ouarzazate, the Hollywood city of Morocco, for lunch and visit of its museum of cinema and its Kasbah Taourirt (its former village). Then cross the beautiful valley of roses Kalaat M'gouna and visit a cooperative manufacturing traditional rose water. Arrival at the foot of the Dades Gorge. Dinner and overnight at a Berber inn.

Day 3 Dadès - Tinghir - Merzouga

Itinerary

After breakfast, departure to the desert of Merzouga. Stop at Tinghir for a guided tour of the Kasbah, the old village with a mixture of Berber and Jewish culture, and a cooperative Berber carpet manufacturing. Follow the guided walk to its beautiful oasis and visit the Toudra Gorge. Arrival at the Berber hostel in Merzouga to leave in convoy of guided camels in the desert to join the bivouac and watch the sunset. Traditional Berber dinner. Traditional music around a campfire with berber music and a night under comfortable nomadic tent.

*******************Be Attention: You have to specify it when you register for this trip, it’s possible to pay the supplement of 15 euros per person to stay overnight in the hotel nearby the desert after a guided camel desert tour. Without this precision during your registration, the accommodation will be provided automatically in tents at the bivouac.

Day 4 Merzouga - Agdz - Marrakech

Early wake up to see the sunrise, and guided back on camel back to the inn for breakfast and use of the bathroom. Departure for Marrakesh (via Agdz) at the time that will be indicated the day before by your driver. Stop at Agdz for lunch on the terrace overlooking the palm grove and Drâa river. This way back will cross the fabulous landscapes offered by the mountains of Sanghro and the wonderful valley of Drâa with its palm groves and Berber villages of yesteryear. Arrival in Marrakech at night for dinner and overnight at the 4 * hotel.

Day 5 Marrakech

After breakfast, guided discovery of Marrakech in the morning: MAJORELLE Garden of Yves Saint-Laurent, Bahia Palace, Koutoubia Mosque, Saadian Tombs and the handicraft complex. After lunch in the medina, visit on your own of its souks, the Secret Garden, and the famous place Jemma El-Fna, site classified by UNESCO, with its snake charmers, the tamers of monkeys.

Free return to the 4 * hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 6 Marrakech-Paris

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY

Once the order is confirmed, any changes regarding a confirmed order, such as modification of dates or destinations, or cancellation, will be charged accordingly by the modification and cancellation policy. Any changes of the personal information cannot be accepted within 24 hours of departure. Any cancellation of confirmed orders by the client will be charged accordingly by the modification and cancellation policy. The assessed fees will be used to cover the penalties charged by traveling agencies and hotel suppliers to Sinorama. The amount of the penalties is related to the time when we receive the cancellation notice. All cancellation notices or modification of orders must be made in writing via email or webpage email to Sinorama directly.

VOLUNTARY CANCELLATION PENALTY

1, Trips from one day to 10 days :
a. From 15 to 30 days prior to departure date: 10% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded;
b. From 8 to 15 days prior to departure date: 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded;
c. From 3 to 7 days prior to departure date: 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded;
d. 3 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary or receive reimbursement;
e. Should the clients fail to show up on time on the departure date regardless of any reasons, the entire travel package is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable.

2, Sinorama Voyages reserves the right of the cancellation due to the insufficient number of participants. For the trip which is booked 1-3days (inclusive of 3days), Sinorama Voyages has the obligation to inform 3 days before the departure For the trip which is booked more than 4days (inclusive of 4days), Sinorama Voyages has the obligation to inform 7 days before the departure In this case the package fee will be refunded. By accepting the refund, the participant agrees that SINORAMA Voyages assumes no responsibility with regard to the cancellation of the tour.

MODIFICATION CONDITIONS

1. Changing itinerary or departure date (ALL REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
a. Written request is necessary to send to Sinorama.
b. The difference must be paid at the time of modification;
c. 15 days prior to departure date: no administrative fees;
d. From 8 to 15 days prior to departure date 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.
e. From 3 to 7 days b prior to departure date 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.
f. 3 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary or receive reimbursement;

2. Changing number of participant(s) requested by customers (ALL REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
a. Increasing numbers of participant(s): complete the difference of tour fees.
b. Decreasing numbers of participant(s): From 8 to 15 days to departure date 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees; from 8 to 14 days prior 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.
c. From 3 to 7 days b prior to departure date 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.
d. 3 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary and the departure date, or receive reimbursement;

3. The total amount will be refunded if changes of itinerary or departure date are made by Sinorama on condition that modification is refused by the clients.
THE ABOVE CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY DO NOT APPLY TO SPECIAL SALES AND FINAL SALES 

CONDITION FOR SPECIAL SALES AND FINAL SALES 
a. Promotion sales, special sales and final sales require full payment at the time of booking; 
b. Once booked, it is impossible to change the itinerary and the departure date, or get refund if the customer cancels the trip; 
c. Changing the number of participant(s) requested by customers: 
- Increasing numbers of participant(s): complete the additional cost provided that it is still available. 
- Decreasing numbers of participant(s): no refund.

IN CASE OF DELAY OR ABSENCE ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE
1, If the traveler arrives late or is absent on the day of departure for any reason, the entire travel package is not refundable, nor changeable, nor transferable.
2, If the traveler fails to comply with the indication of the guide to gather at the meeting point in time during the trip, the traveler himself will be responsible for any additional costs and incurred damage.
3, Sinorama disclaims any responsibility for the consequences caused by travelers if they withdraw the group during the trip.
FORCE MAJEURE EVENT
According to the laws and the principles adopted in Europe, the force majeure may include but not limited to what happened during the journey: the unpredictable, irresistible, uncontrollable, and unable to cope with the unexpected events and circumstances occurring or will occur as follows:
a) Natural disasters such as typhoons, hail, storms, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, volcanic eruptions, landslides;
b) Government actions such as expropriation, requisition;
c) Abnormal social events, such as wars, armed conflicts, strikes, riots and terrorist attacks.
