At 08h00 departure from Paris to Stuttgart, the 6th biggest city in Germany, hometown of the Mercedes-benz, Porsche, the must-visit spot for all the car lovers. After arrival, visit Stuttgart’s New Palace (das Neue Schloss) and Schlossplatz. Stay in the hotel nearby Stuttgart.

Day 2 Stuttgart - Salzbourg

After breakfast, leave for beautiful Salzbourg which is located in the northside of Aples. Salzbourg is the place where Mozart was born. The city is surrounded by three hills, charming Neckar Rive going through the city. The famous film “The Sound of Music” was shooting here, creates a traditional illustration of an attractive wonderland with mountain and lake. After arrival, we go to visit the old town of Salzbourg. It is really a pleasure by walking into the city. Overnight stay in the hotel nearby Salzbourg.

Day 3 Salzbourg - Ljubljana - Zagreb

After breakfast, leave for Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. It’s located in the river valley of Alpes, amazing sightseeing. The city’s architecture is strongly influenced by Austria and Italy. In the center area by the river, there is the mixture of Renaissance style, Baroque style, Neoclassic and Art Nouveau styles which are imposed on lots of architectures and bridges. Visit Ljubljana castle (Ljubljanski grad) , Mestni Trg and Pont des Dragons (Egon Kase). In the end of the visit, go to see the most famous Baroque historic interest- Vodnjak treh kranjskih rek. In the afternoon set off for Zagreb. Stay at hotel nearby Zagreb.

Day 4 Zagreb

After breakfast, visit the capital of Croatia- Zagreb. Zagreb has a grand heritage of prehistoric civilization. The historic heritage of human habitation is dated back to the stone age of 35000 century b.c . There are full of Baroque style, picturesque local market, a great variety of handmade articles, delicious local food, it attracts thousands of tourists from all over the world. Visit Cathedral of Zagreb, old town Gradec, Dolac market which is the largest and most famous market in Zagreb, etc. Afternoon free time (optional tour). Stay in the hotel nearby Zagreb.

Afternoon optional tour: Rastoke –small Plitvice lakes

Rastoke is a watermill village situated about 100 km from Zagreb, where the river Slunjcica over travertine rocks flows into river Korana, while through Rastoke creating many small lakes, rapids and waterfalls. Rastoke is often called the lobby of Plitvice Lakes and therefore is often called small Plitvice. In Rastoke go to see the old water mills, traditional wooden houses and lovely nature.

Day 5 Zagreb - Belgrade

After breakfast, leave for Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. Serbia used to be the ‘core of Yugoslavia’ in the last century. Nowadays there is full of vintage and artificial spirit in the streets and alleys. Here is the convergence of Danube and Sava River. The city is divided into two pieces by the Sava River. East bank is the old town, there is the red roof house elevation of land surfaces by the narrow street; West bank is new town, modern and new architectures are standing out in the green shade. Visiting Kalemegdan Fortress , which is located in the convergence of Danube and Sava River, that is how the name of ‘ white city’ comes from. Kalemegdan Park, the surrounding of Kalemegdan Park nowadays is divided to public park, go to see the amazing view at the convergence of Danube and Sava River. Saint Sava Cathedral (Hram svetog Save), the biggest cathedral in Belgrade, the grand spherical dome will let you feel like the pass through to Byzantine. Stay at hotel nearby Belgrade.

Day 6 Belgrade – Budapest

The sightseeing includes: Heroes' Square which celebrates national day and Magyars alliance, Monument of the Millennium, Parliament building, Elizabeth bridge, Fisherman's Bastion. Take the cruise in the Danube river(optional), enjoy the beautiful view along riverside, really can’t miss it. Overnight at hotel nearby Budapest.

Day 7 Budapest – Bratislava- Vienna

After breakfast leave for Bratislava, the capital of The Slovak Republic. Original The Slovak Republic and Czech Republic is one unique country, they have been separated in peace on 1992. The capital Bratislava still keeps their full heritage. After arrival, visit Castle area, Church of the Holy Trinity, Porte Michel, shopping walk street, city hall plaza, etc. After lunch, leave Bratislava for Vienna. Visit the most famous Schönbrunn Palace, the manicificant baroque style architecture. The palace was built during the glorious period of Queen Maria Theresia. The garden is flourishing scene of prosperity all over the year and it’s with the broad overview. After that, visit of Ringstraen, manicificant architectures, like Town hall in neo gothic design, Parliament House in Greek Parthenon design, manicificant Hofburg Palace,the statue of the waltz music king Johann Strauss, etc. (Vienna is well known by the capital of music, especially the Waltz is well known by all over the world. Day 8 Vienna - Prague

The city is also called a “Gold City”, as the high towers and round cupolas of ancient architecture is shining under the sunset with its elegance. Visiting the Jia Sideng Castle which is built on the hill with medieval style, the former alace garden nowadays is the president house and government office. After that, visit of Zlata Ulicka, where were gathering all the handmade ateliers of goldsmiths. Then pass by the Charles Bridge over the Vltava River to get to the the antique market, crisscrossed small and narrow street, each corner spreads the classic and elegance element; try taste the traditional national dish, Pilsner beer, there are lots of selection of Bohemian crystal glasses. Evening back to hotel in Prague.

Day 9 Prague – Heidelberg

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY

Once the order is confirmed, any changes regarding a confirmed order, such as modification of dates or destinations, or cancellation, will be charged accordingly by the modification and cancellation policy. Any changes of the personal information cannot be accepted within 24 hours of departure. Any cancellation of confirmed orders by the client will be charged accordingly by the modification and cancellation policy. The assessed fees will be used to cover the penalties charged by traveling agencies and hotel suppliers to Sinorama. The amount of the penalties is related to the time when we receive the cancellation notice. All cancellation notices or modification of orders must be made in writing via email or webpage email to Sinorama directly.

VOLUNTARY CANCELLATION PENALTY

1, Trips from one day to 10 days :
a. From 15 to 30 days prior to departure date: 10% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded;
b. From 8 to 15 days prior to departure date: 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded;
c. From 3 to 7 days prior to departure date: 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded;
d. 3 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary or receive reimbursement;
e. Should the clients fail to show up on time on the departure date regardless of any reasons, the entire travel package is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable.

2, Sinorama Voyages reserves the right of the cancellation due to the insufficient number of participants and has the obligation to inform the clients 7 days before the departure. In this case the package fee will be refunded. By accepting the refund, the participant renounces all the claims.

MODIFICATION CONDITIONS

1. Changing itinerary or departure date (ALL REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
a. Written request is necessary to send to Sinorama.
b. The difference must be paid at the time of modification;
c. 15 days prior to departure date: no administrative fees;
d. From 8 to 15 days prior to departure date 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.
e. From 3 to 7 days b prior to departure date 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.
f. 3 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary or receive reimbursement;

2. Changing number of participant(s) requested by customers (ALL REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
a. Increasing numbers of participant(s): complete the difference of tour fees.
b. Decreasing numbers of participant(s): From 8 to 15 days to departure date 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees; from 8 to 14 days prior 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.
c. From 3 to 7 days b prior to departure date 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.
d. 3 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary and the departure date, or receive reimbursement;

3. The total amount will be refunded if changes of itinerary or departure date are made by Sinorama on condition that modification is refused by the clients.
THE ABOVE CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY DO NOT APPLY TO SPECIAL SALES AND FINAL SALES 

CONDITION FOR SPECIAL SALES AND FINAL SALES 
a. Promotion sales, special sales and final sales require full payment at the time of booking; 
b. Once booked, it is impossible to change the itinerary and the departure date, or get refund if the customer cancels the trip; 
c. Changing the number of participant(s) requested by customers: 
- Increasing numbers of participant(s): complete the additional cost provided that it is still available. 
- Decreasing numbers of participant(s): no refund.

IN CASE OF DELAY OR ABSENCE ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE
1, If the traveler arrives late or is absent on the day of departure for any reason, the entire travel package is not refundable, nor changeable, nor transferable.
2, If the traveler fails to comply with the indication of the guide to gather at the meeting point in time during the trip, the traveler himself will be responsible for any additional costs and incurred damage.
3, Sinorama disclaims any responsibility for the consequences caused by travelers if they withdraw the group during the trip.
FORCE MAJEURE EVENT
According to the laws and the principles adopted in Europe, the force majeure may include but not limited to what happened during the journey: the unpredictable, irresistible, uncontrollable, and unable to cope with the unexpected events and circumstances occurring or will occur as follows:
a) Natural disasters such as typhoons, hail, storms, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, volcanic eruptions, landslides;
b) Government actions such as expropriation, requisition;
c) Abnormal social events, such as wars, armed conflicts, strikes, riots and terrorist attacks.
